I want to talk about the self-contradictions and uncertainties that I myself, my friends, and my generation are facing in this most advanced and yet contradictory era of human history.
As a designer who has great interests in exploring the humanity’s relationship to the “unseen”, I want to use shadows of physical garments as a metaphor for the hidden selves behind our physical existence,
aiming to depict a self-exploration journey through manifestation of the dark and negative, which I consider is being repressed and cast aside from society or the self.
